I am an attuned ally alongside your journey, having traveled my own inner landscapes.
I hold a safe container in which you can explore all aspects of yourself, even the deeply buried ones. Whether guiding a 1:1 coaching session, facilitating a group workshop, or consulting storytelling artists on embodied empathy, I focus on unlearning habits that create disease to then establish new healthy practices. By shifting from habitual reactivity to the ability to respond, you can turn your wounds into your greatest gifts.

I’m certified in Anusara Yoga, Kripalu Yoga, and Prenatal Yoga Barnes Method.
I’ve been practicing yoga since 1993 among colleagues Elena Brower, Amy Ippoliti, Nikki Costello, Desiree Rumbaugh, John Friend, Douglas Brooks, Paul Mueller-Ortega, Amy Matthews, and Leslie Kaminoff. An international yoga educator, I lead yoga teacher trainings, teach Relational Anatomy workshops, and facilitate courses in compassionate communication. I’m an ERYT-500 registered teacher and YACEP yoga school with Yoga Alliance.
For decades with various colleagues, I have contributed to the conversation of embodied anatomy at The Breathing Project, the southern Indian philosophy of Rajanaka Yoga, and the Neelakanta meditation practice of Blue Throat Yoga. I lead polyvagal practices to a global spinal cord injury population in addition to being a psychedelics-assisted therapy integration specialist. Under the umbrella of Anusara School of Hatha Yoga, I mediate conflict as the resilience team leader and as a subject matter specialist in compassionate communication.

I love making connections between our everyday experiences and the bigger picture.
My background in Nonviolent Communication (NVC) has been in working under CNVC trainers Robert Gonzales, Roxy Manning, and Thom Bond. Mentored by Dr. Gabor Maté and Sat Dharam Kaur in Compassionate Inquiry® therapy, I facilitate conflict transformation courses and 1:1 coaching sessions both in person and online.
As an Emmy-nominated filmmaker and Fulbright Scholar, I direct/produce film and TV projects and podcasts. From the yoga mat to the meditation cushion and the therapy chair to the on-location film shoot—count on me weaving a dynamic, playful narrative.
